Who We Are

Brian Gerrity

Brian is a founding member of the Lower Nob Hill Neighborhood Alliance and a current member of the leadership team. Brian grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and has lived in the neighborhood since 2019. Within the leadership team he is focusing on civic engagement, urban forestry and green spaces as well as supporting other initiatives as they arise. Brian currently works in the public sector focusing on coastal science, helping communities build resilience to sea level rise, flooding, and coastal erosion.

Peter Gallotta

Peter is a fifteen year resident of the Lower Nob Hill neighborhood residing at the corner of Hyde & Geary. For the past decade, Peter has worked for the City & County of San Francisco tackling the climate crisis head on through innovative climate policies and clean energy programs. Outside of work, Peter has been active in the local community helping to found Mama G's Street Dinners, a food justice non-profit that serves the Tenderloin community. He also currently serves on the San Francisco Democratic County Central Committee (DCCC) and previously served as President of the Harvey Milk LGBTQ Democratic Club.

Barbara Swan

Barbara is a founding member of the Lower Nob Hill Neighborhood Alliance and a current member of the Leadership Team and the Alliance's Working Group on Public Safety. Barbara spent 35 years managing corporate libraries for Fortune 5 companies. Barbara supports the Alliance's engagement with City agencies, elected officials, and neighborhood partners. She has lived in Lower Nob Hill for 35 years and enjoys ice skating, hiking, and outdoor sports.

Drew Lalli

Drew recently joined the LNHNA leadership team in June. After moving to the neighborhood Drew joined the alliance to better connect with his neighbors and make a positive difference in the area! He has been an active member of the neighborhood, attending clean ups and working within the alliance to fight for the expansion of community resources. He is an active member in the LNHNA Working Group. Drew works at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco where he focuses on financial data and regulatory compliance. When he’s not at home or at work, Drew enjoys camping, hiking, running, and supporting local restaurants.

The Lower Nob Hill Neighborhood Alliance meets as a community on the second Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise communicated on the Events Tab of this website).  This is the current standing format for these meetings.  Links to remote meetings will be sent to our member distribution list 24 hours prior to the meeting start time and will also be placed on the events tab of this website.

We welcome your ideas!  We reserve this time for members of the community to provide comments and suggestions (3 minutes each).  We will prioritize those members of the community whom have NOT spoken before during a previous meetings' comment period.  All are welcome to provide ideas and feedback 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the Executive Committee by emailing us at EC@lowernobhill.org.
